Flip Book Animals

Jamie Fingal checking in with my version of imaginary animals.  Using my favorite shipping tags, a Sharpie fine point pen and watercolors, I created a series of body parts for my animals.  Dragon, robot and frog legs

Love this one - hippo, Spot the green dog, and penguin feet.  I hope you will enjoy my little beasts

I made them 2-sided, so it could be more like a book; vulture, robot and frog legs on the left and mouse, snake and duck on the bottom

and some really fun and weird animals...the dragon looks pretty glamorous with a hot pink wing and tail, and don't you love those purple bird legs?  The pink poodle with a bear tail and a squirrels fluffy tail, for more poof all around

and then moving the dragon head over the poodle head

Vulture, Duck body and oh my...and someone's bird legs!

Hippo, Spot and bird legs!  I had fun drawing and painting my imaginary animals!

  3. Ooh, this is hilarious. It reminds me of a book I used to have that worked the same way. Wonderful idea to make this yourself.

  4. Your animal book is too stinkin' cute. I love it. The tags are a very clever idea for making it a flip book.
